If a website is listed under the "Sponsored Links" section in Google search results, I believe it means that a company has purchased advertising for their website, using Google AdWords, which would make it appear there.

As far as the safety of these websites, I would guess that they'd be safer than websites that appear in Google's regular search results, as people would be paying in order to advertise their websites using Google AdWords.

I like Mikes 1st paragraph, but think intermediate-range forecasts are difficult because of Chaos theory. Tiny differences in initial or present conditions can result in great variations as time-scale increases. Long-range forecasts depend on human activity (as illustrated by the entire anthroponenic climate-change idea) which may depend on forecasts (people may not travel if they think the weather will be bad).

I suggest replacing:

a = 1+Math.round(Math.random()*3); // a = random number between 1-3

with:

a = Math.ceil(Math.random()*3); // a = random number between 1-3

Rather than testing you page 100 times, I suggest using this short test script that will call this random number generator 100 times and count the results. Just reload the page several times to see the type of variation you may get. It will rarely be a third each.

Put all of your hyperlink image states for one link into one file, with the normal link image at the top, the hover image next, then active and finally, the visited image. So you have all four stacked up on each other

Then use the CSS to change the background position according to the hyperlink state:

I would open a Google Webmaster Tools account. Verify the site and wait for a week or so until Google fills in the data for your website profile.

If there is a problem with the sites' content, Google may offer some information.

In looking at some cached pages from your site, I notice your reference the word celebrity a few times. I would examine whether you've violated copyright. Could be a visitor to your site lodged a complaint with Google about the content – Google investigated and subsequently removed your site from its index.

I suspect, and because only you know what was on the site, that you are in a far better position to determine why Google has penalized you.

I don't think you could be sued, but don't take my word on it since i'm not a lawyer. I also kinda wonder this my self. Apple claims Mac Os X is "The world's most advanced operating system". Isn't that kinda saying the same thing as you want? Not sure how you could back it up. Maybe you could compare your sales data to others or maybe reviews. Because if you get more good reviews and more sales, you must be the best right? People will buy from the best. Then again i see more Windows computers then Macs. Its just marketing. All the cell phone companies claim to have more or faster 3G when all of them don't. Car insurance companies are always saying there cheaper then the other guy, but the other guy then will say there car insurance is cheaper then all.

Depending on where you are "pasting" the link, if you are pasting the link into Microsoft Office email you need to hit the "Enter" key after the link to activate it. The same action needs to be done if you put the link in a Word document, too.

I also remember reading that in Russia, abortion was the #1 form of birth control. This was at least 10 years ago mind you.

You know what DOESN'T help the situation? Teaching contraception in schools. I don't think these kids today listen anyway. Not if they think they can just go get an abortion easily. It's the parents that need to talk to these kids, not the gym teacher.

Remove INSERT_TARGET_HERE but keep the quotes, and replace it with the URL of whatever the picture should lead to. Remove INSERT_IMAGE_LINK_HERE but keep the quotes, and replace it with the URL of the image you want to display instead of text.
